the price of ferroalloy will keep rising until Dec 21, due to year end all gomen officer has to present their effort (emission control, which limit the heavy power consuming industry such as smelter) to region head and eventually to President.
it is possible to extend further to Feb22, as beijing winter game is coming. China had to look clear, sky must be blue and air must be clean.

ukrain ferroalloy had stop production. chinese side is further lagging post golden week, return to work.
commodities price trend is still intact.
OMH probably clear debt and expand in 2022, as per investor briefing pack
dividen (30/40%) and special dividen this year, would be attact more investor.
i am looking at TP 5, then hit 7 or 8 by 2022
